Shared Fries, Ill Symptoms

we both got different things (Burger and nuggets(honey mustard) and both had french fries (cheese sauce). so it had to have been the french fries, 2 people, went to bed and woke up (about 4-6 hours) with bad stomach pains, nausea and diarrhea. Im pretty sure it was the fryer oil
