I had a veggie delite on italian herb, spinach, pickle, tomato, onion, olive, pepper, oil, oregano with a bag of doritos. I have chills and diarrhea, severely dehydrated with pounding headache... Very disappointed  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Dehydration, Headache, Chills
