I had a steak with onions and pepper sauce on it at 6;45pm and by 2am I was vomiting, had chills and diarrhea. It was horrible.

I ate a 8oz sirloin steak, with sautéed onions, house salad with ranch, With cheese& bacon fries. Oh and of course rolls and butter. I was fine until about 1.5-2hrs after eating there. About 1.5-2hrs after we ate.... my daughter and I (both had steak) my stomach
started hurting. I wanted to vomit. I began having diarrhea and vomiting. Still the next day when I wake up I’m nauseous, vomiting and having diarrhea. Which is unlike me.

July 15th, 2018 at roughly 4 PM I was eating at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a ceaser salad, a New York strip steak, cooked to medium temperature, and steak fries. The steak came out a little more rarer than I would have preferred, but wasn't enough to
make me send it back. A few hours after coming home I started to feel nauseated. The nausea lasted for about an hour before I finally vomited. After I vomited, I had sever stomach cramping. The pain was so awful and unbearable, I gave in after trying to wait it out and went to the Emergency room. Accompanied with the vomiting and nausea, I had really watery diarrhea. I am now home at 5:00 AM from the E.R. I still have diarrhea and nausea. The cramps come and go. But I do believe my symptoms are a result of food poisoning from Texas Roadhouse, as that was my only meal I had.

I ate Hawkers yesterday evening and my friend and I noticed that our chicken dumplings came out pink in the middle — of course after I had consumed one. My stomach immediately turned. I have not consumed food since, about an hour after I kept having indigestion

I was the only one who ate them. Adventureful Girl Scout cookies. I ate 3 on Sunday and 4 on Monday. I had severe diarrhea from Monday night and still have it on Wednesday. It has been mixed with severe nausea (no vomiting). Because of the diarrhea i have severe stomach cramping.

Went to KFC on Lyons Ave in Irvington between 6-7pm on 4/6/24. Should have known from the poor attitude of the girl working the drive thru that I should move on. I ordered three piece chicken strips for my four-year-old granddaughter. She didn’t want them so I
ate two of them. One bite into the third, I was like this tastes funny and the texture feels weird. I started feeling nauseous around 1am. At 4:30am, I was awakened with stomach cramps and ran to the bathroom. I first vomited and then the diarrhea came. Went back to bed, only to be awakened two hours later. More vomiting and diarrhea, but worse. I took Imodium. Had one more bout and the diarrhea subsided but the nausea lasted all day.
