I had chicken artichoke soup; water with lemon. Felt sick the next morning with bad headache. Then had diarrhea, then vomited. My head still hurts and don’t think it’s over.

I ate there on 05/26/2019 and on 05/28/2019 I had diarrhea and chills. I had the original hamburger with only ketchup and mayo and the fries, and drank water.
