- comments: observed poor hygienic practices by cashier who is also the food handlers/cook. Observed male and female employees having on plastic gloves on and rining the register,,handling money and credit cards then making food with

same gloves placing ready to eat foods into cardboard boxes and so on without washing hands after every possible contamination. Also. Observed them removing gloves and pumping sanitizer into hands and then putting on gloves after the same procedure. Instructed to wash hands after every possible contamination/task. - comments: observed hand washing sinks water temperature at rear prep area sink at 73. 9f,staff toilet room at 50. 0f and customers at 49. 3f. Must have a minimum of 100. 0f for hand washing. Must provide and maintain. (priority 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 8-10 live small flies flying around prep/dish washing area and toilet rooms. Appx. 30 or more mice droppings in lower cabinet at soda machine in dining area. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/7/2021. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
