I believe my lunch at Chipotle., Ate lunch at Chipotle. Had a carnitas bowl. Queasy tummy around 3 pm (ate at 12). Only I got sick. The only difference in my and my hubby’s meal was I added lettuce. By 6 pm I was vomiting violently.

I ate a steak bowl with white rice, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce on 1/22 ~6 PM.. all symptoms began within an hour of eating. I have been in bed for two days with all symptoms.
