Me intoxicé con comida ayer. Creo que fue la lechuga o el guacamole. Solo cosas que tenía que mi familia no tenía.

Ordered a salad bowl with black beans , mild salsa, half chicken half pork. Hours later I felt dizzy, nauseous and fell down, threw up and gashed the back of my head open. The symptoms persisted for hours and the vomiting and diarrhea continued.
