I ate at 2:00 PM on april 9th. I was throwing up at 7 PM and 11 PM. I ate a burrito with white rice, chicken, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. I still have a stomach ache and have not eatin since.

Me dio terribles calambres estomacales la noche que fui a cenar a Chipotle. Me desperté con diarrea y náuseas. A la hora del almuerzo empecé a vomitar y mi temperatura subió en cuestión de segundos.

Ordered the bowl yesterday afternoon..half chicken, half steak. Started getting sharp pains in stomach that night, got sick. Still continued today and went to ER for 3 hours. Gave me IVs and meds and released me. Still unable to stop vomiting after I drink or eat anything.
