- comments: observed food items stored on floor inside walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed shallow bowl stored inside cooked beans and used as dispensing utensil. Instructed manager to provide long handle dispensing utensils with handle above food to prevent contamination.
