Had McDonalds for reward lunch following SATs results for yr 6.
My daughter had a McNuggart meal, at midday yesterday. Been v v sick every 30 mins for 7 hrs so far ....started at 8am this morning.

I ordered an iced coffee latte with coconut milk on the 11th of July.
I did not have anything that else that day, so I believe the symptoms I got after where due to the drink I had. There were flies in store, the drink itself tasted off and ever since then, I have been very sick and poorly.

Ate a chicken bake, about one hour after violent stomach pains and feeling sick.
When I brought it I asked the lady if it’s warm and she said yes it had been out 50 mins but was ok to eat. It was like warm when I ate it.

Me comí una pizza de pollo con champiñones y cebolla roja con base barbacoa, tiras de pollo y pan de ajo.
Comí anoche (11.07.2018) alrededor de las 21:00 y los síntomas aparecieron con fuertes dolores de estómago (12.07.2018) alrededor de las 11 de la mañana y ahora vómitos, fiebre, dolores corporales, dolores de cabeza.  | Síntomas: Fiebre, Vómitos, Cefalea, Dolor de estómago, Dolor en el cuerpo

Ordered last night and knew something was off when the pepperoni didn't taste like it has in the past. All 3 of the pizzas ordered was completely covered in cornmeal and had a funky texture.
