I arrived at Waffle House on Bankhead Dr. Around 145pm and ordered The T-bone Steak MDM rare, two eggs over easy, hashbrowns (plain), raisin toast, a coffee. Everything taste and looked great except the hashbrowns (taste a bit off) but nothing terrible.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos

Kung pao chicken. 5:45 pm on 2/14/16. Symptoms began about 30-60 minutes after eating. Almost threw up. Diarrhea-12 times. Serious abdominal pains. Lasted about 7 hours. I've read websites that suggest MSG(which I don't think it's that) & cottonseed oil (I think is more likely).  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea

Had a Chicken Burrito Wrap. Only had one bite and it tasted off. It was also covered in what one can only assume was Pam. Spent remainder of the afternoon in a decline that led to an evening of profuse vomiting  | Síntomas: Vómitos
