I arrived at Waffle House on Bankhead Dr. Around 145pm and ordered The T-bone Steak MDM rare, two eggs over easy, hashbrowns (plain), raisin toast, a coffee. Everything taste and looked great except the hashbrowns (taste a bit off) but nothing terrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Kung pao chicken. 5:45 pm on 2/14/16. Symptoms began about 30-60 minutes after eating. Almost threw up. Diarrhea-12 times. Serious abdominal pains. Lasted about 7 hours. I've read websites that suggest MSG(which I don't think it's that) & cottonseed oil (I think is more likely).  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

2月6日晚上 9:30 左右，我进入橄榄园时感觉很棒。我不得不把食物寄回去，因为我的订单错了。我离开的时候胃痛就开始了。一小时之内，我开始出现腹泻和呕吐，持续了六个小时。我的胃局促，没有剧烈疼痛我无法进食 48 小时。

有汉堡和薯条的组合。注意到袋子闻起来很有趣 —— 袋子本身有一种奇怪的香气。我应该听我的直觉把所有东西都扔掉但是我饿死了，所以无论如何我都吃了饭。不到一个小时后，我经常出现腹泻、恶心和呕吐/发冷。再也不会在那里吃东西了。

早上 10 点左右购买了它，然后把它带回家。我住在 2 英里远的地方然后放进冰箱。在下午 6 点 30 分左右修复了每个方向共享晚餐的问题。到晚上 7 点 30 分，我恶心抽筋，在晚上 9 点左右开始严重呕吐和腹泻，一直持续到早上 8 点左右。现在只是发烧、恶心、虚弱、酸痛和脱水。打电话给沃尔玛客户服务部门，他说你会告诉他们的经理，但没有拿走我的任何信息。打电话给 Diovanni 客户服务并留下了语音邮件，但没有收到他们的回复。
