I ate lunch on 1-22-2020 at 1230 hours. I was sick from 1-22-2020, @1845 hours until 1-23-2020 @0700 hours. 36 hours total I missed work. I had chicken bowl x2 chicken with brown rice and tomatoes. Nothing else.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea

I’m went to get some sushi today. As we got the plates of food, I noticed it didn’t look fresh enough. I didn’t give it a second thought so I ate it without complaining to management.
