I had a grilled chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun. Two hours later when I got home I started having diarrhea, vomiting and I passed out. I have now been at the hospital for two days for these on going issues.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

Not sure  My family and I went to universal studios and ate there for dinner. My son and I were the only ones who had the seafood Mac n cheese. I’m went to get some sushi today. As we got the plates of food, I noticed it didn’t look fresh enough. I didn’t give it a second thought so I ate it without complaining to management.
