I had a grilled chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun. Two hours later when I got home I started having diarrhea, vomiting and I passed out. I have now been at the hospital for two days for these on going issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Not sure  My family and I went to universal studios and ate there for dinner. My son and I were the only ones who had the seafood Mac n cheese. I ate lunch on 1-22-2020 at 1230 hours. I was sick from 1-22-2020, @1845 hours until 1-23-2020 @0700 hours. 36 hours total I missed work. I had chicken bowl x2 chicken with brown rice and tomatoes. Nothing else.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I’m went to get some sushi today. As we got the plates of food, I noticed it didn’t look fresh enough. I didn’t give it a second thought so I ate it without complaining to management.
