I had a grilled chicken sandwich meal with a gluten free bun. Two hours later when I got home I started having diarrhea, vomiting and I passed out. I have now been at the hospital for two days for these on going issues.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Not sure  My family and I went to universal studios and ate there for dinner. My son and I were the only ones who had the seafood Mac n cheese. She was feeling at first faint and sweaty then she began feeling nauseous. I told her to get out of the car to get fresh air and drink some water. Then she started dry heaving then throwing up and she still doesn’t feel well. It’s been 19hrs… Voir plus

I ate lunch on 1-22-2020 at 1230 hours. I was sick from 1-22-2020, @1845 hours until 1-23-2020 @0700 hours. 36 hours total I missed work. I had chicken bowl x2 chicken with brown rice and tomatoes. Nothing else.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée

I’m went to get some sushi today. As we got the plates of food, I noticed it didn’t look fresh enough. I didn’t give it a second thought so I ate it without complaining to management.
