Anoche comí un sándwich de metro italiano picante, luego a las 6 de la mañana me desperté con dolor de estómago y vómitos constantes. Me puse a trabajar pensando que me sentiría mejor y que no podía dejar de vomitar y tener diarrea. Tomé medicamentos pero nunca funcionó. Had the mild, 3 pc chicken tenders and Cajun battered fries. Around 1 AM, I woke up to severe nausea and began to vomit and experience diarrhea.
