At about 10:45am on 12/19/2016 I ordered a beef chalupa supreme and 2 soft shell supreme tacos. About an hour later my stomach started to feel funny and I had the runs. Since then I'm still in the same state but now I have extreme nausea.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea
