Chicken nachos w queso and pico at 12:00 pm on Sun. Felt nauseated from about 3:00pm until 3:00 am on Mon. Threw up 4 times between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Had diarrhea during same time frame. Fine after 10 pm on Sun.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

Me sentía bien todo el día hasta que me detuve en Mcdonald's alrededor de las 8:30 p.m. Comí canela, una fritura mediana y un batido de fresa y plátano. Arrived here at 12:10 pm for lunch, went in ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a sweet tea to go. Sat in the parking lot and ate it.
