Chicken nachos w queso and pico at 12:00 pm on Sun. Felt nauseated from about 3:00pm until 3:00 am on Mon. Threw up 4 times between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Had diarrhea during same time frame. Fine after 10 pm on Sun.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Arrived here at 12:10 pm for lunch, went in ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a sweet tea to go. Sat in the parking lot and ate it. Drove home and around 1:30 pm started feeling nauseous, had a slight fever and severe diarrhea. Ugh! I'm still sick and the time is 4:52 pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
