The Cajun Filet Club sandwich with fries and a mountain dew. Symptoms appeared a few hours after eating it, which lead to leaving work early due to vomiting. Over the next 24hrs my symptoms persisted, and I was only able to keep down water/juices/powerade.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos

Ate lunch around 2pm. Around 5:00 started getting really nauseated and sweating profusely. Then diarrhea and diarrhea and nausea together and sweating and then chilling and then no energy.
