Visited Chipotle on the intersection of 17-92 and 436 on 8/11/16 at 4:00pm. Began having very slight abdoninal cramps followed by frequent diarrhea. No vomitting or blood seen in stool. Had a burrito bowl, half chicken, half soritas with black beans, rice, lettuce, and cheese.  | Síntomas: Diarrea

I bought the $5 box that had the two tacos, a burrito, and nachos. Within two hours of eating my food, I began to feel Ill and ended up having to leave work early from vomiting.
