Became nauseous and vomited. 5 of us went out to dinner, 2 of us became ill about 2 hours after eating dinner. We both puked a lot. The two of us who puked had American and mozzarella cheese while the others had pepper Jack, provolone, and cheddar.…

I had a Simple Jack grilled cheese with gluten free bread, tomato soup, and a caesar salad with caesar dressing around 2:30pm on August 7, 2020. Some of the romaine lettuce was wilted and I picked a few pieces out, the rest seemed fine. I’m not sure…
