Ate the food felt sick a few hours later went to bed woke up nauseous with a fever went to the bathroom had diarrhea then grew up in the shower

I got a burrito bowl Tuesday night with white rice, black beans, fajitas and chicken. As well as chips and guac. I woke up Wednesday morning and my stomach was in a huge knot. I had had yellow diarrhea all day long and couldn't eat anything. Super nauseous all day.
