Vendredi 28 janvier, à 1ish je suis allé déjeuner. J'ai commandé un burrito mi-poulet, demi-steak. Demandez habituellement une petite quantité de riz et de haricots afin d'empêcher le burrito d'être trop gros. J'ai fini de manger et probablement 10 minutes après je me suis senti extrêmement plein…

I ate a sofrita bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild and corn salsa, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner. Later that night, my stomach didn't feel good and threw up. After over 24 hours of throwing up and uncontrollable diarrhea, I recovered.

I went to the chipotle by PSU and had my usual a chicken bowl. A couple hours after eating it I got bad cramps. I didn't think much of it until the next morning I spent hours in the bathroom. The cramps have gotten worse and I've been really nauseous.
