Aujourd'hui, je crois que là Cela a commencé environ une heure ou deux et tout ce que j'ai eu, c'était du poulet, du riz, du fromage, de la crème sure et J'ai déjà pris ce repas auparavant sans aucun problème. Mais le magasin près de chez moi est connu pour avoir des problèmes. J'ai des crampes d'estomac et des reflux acides, ainsi que des vomissements.

My fiancé and I both got chicken burrito bowls with white rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, guac, and pico salsa. Got home and noticed mine had lettuce... which I did not order. Decided to eat it anyways... about two hours later I’ve now thrown up 4 times.

Ate at Chipotle on 2-19-2016 at about 5:30pm, became very ill around 3:00am in the morning with diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. Symptoms have been on-going all throughout the day on 2-20-2016.
