J'ai mangé du brocoli, du steak de surlonge et du steak coupé à Londres. La viande a été cuite à moyenne. C'était la seule nourriture que j'ai mangé aujourd'hui.

Had ground beef 90/10 grass fed from deli. Cooked thoroughly, ate it and have had explosive diarrhea since. This is also why I stopped buying the chicken from Whole Foods. Not the first time I’ve had this happen, so bye Whole Foods!

Spicy Salmon roll from sushi department. Ate it last night and have been nauseated and suffering from diarrhea
