Comí brócoli, filete de solomillo y filete cortado en Londres desde allí. La carne se cocinó a mediana. Fueron la única comida que comí hoy.

Had ground beef 90/10 grass fed from deli. Cooked thoroughly, ate it and have had explosive diarrhea since. This is also why I stopped buying the chicken from Whole Foods. Not the first time I’ve had this happen, so bye Whole Foods!

Spicy Salmon roll from sushi department. Ate it last night and have been nauseated and suffering from diarrhea
