I ate broccoli, sirloin steak, and London cut steak from there. The meat was cooked to to medium. They were the only food I ate today

Grass-Fed Beef Diarrhea

Had ground beef 90/10 grass fed from deli. Cooked thoroughly, ate it and have had explosive diarrhea since. This is also why I stopped buying the chicken from Whole Foods. Not the first time I’ve had this happen, so bye Whole Foods!
