Three of us had a late dinner (~9 PM) on Sunday 5/23. Two had wedge salads, one with steak, the third had a personal meat pizza. We shared a mozzarella stick appetizer. We all had water, but our three drinks were different. Four hours later two of us began experiencing violent vomiting and diarrhea accompanied by intense abdominal cramps. By morning, a fever (~101 F), chills and headache were present. Vomiting continued for 8 hrs in one person and 15 hours in the other, with diarrhea continuing through at least Monday morning. The two people experiencing the symptoms had the wedge salad, personal pizza, the shared mozzarella appetizer and water. The person who ate the wedge with steak and the shared appetizer not exhibit any symptoms.
