10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed the following sinks not maintained with hot water: improper temperature of hot water observed at employee washroom handsink (67f). Instructed person in charge hot water at all hand-washing sinks must be at least 100f. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed high temperature dish machine located in dining area with a build-up of lime scale build up. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of rodent activity on the premises. Observed approximately 40 mouse droppings on the floor throughout kitchen area. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Advised for additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: 4-501. 11 observed broken cooler doors at cold holding unit in kitchen prep area. Instructed to repair and maintain.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: 5-205. 15 observed a leaking drainpipe at three compartment sink. Instructed to repair and maintain

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 12 observed loose debris, dirt and dust buildup on the floors and corners in furnace room. Instructed to detail clean and increase cleaning frequency of floors. Must maintain at all times.
