5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no adequate supplies; incomplete spill kit (no disposable latex gloves, eye protection, disposable mask, disposable scrapper/scooper, liquid spill absorbent material and adequate sanitizer to eliminate norovirus) on site to properly clean up any vomit. Instructed to provide a complete spill kit. See comments below. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no handwashing sink in rear food prep area. Instructed to provide handwashing sink according to food code standards with hot and cold running water under city pressure along with providing handwashing signage, hand soap and paper towels. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed no splashguard between exposed handwashing sink and prep table area in the kitchen area. Instructed to install a washable splashguard.

- comments: observed in-use utensils (scoops) stored improperly directly inside of the food containers. Instructed to store properly between usage.

- comments: observed plates not inverted. Instructed to invert plates after sanitizing and air drying.

- comments: observed drainpipe leaking under handwashing sink in employee washroom. Instructed to repair.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in all-gender employee washroom. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed no waste receptacle at handwashing sink where disposable paper towels are provided. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed broken/cracked floor tiles throughout the facility. Instructed to repair/replace.
