Report date: May 6, 202610. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed handwashing sink#1 at the bar area not accessible with water pitcher in the handwashing sink which appreared to be filled with a cleaning liquid soaking a hose/nozzel. Instructed that handwashing sink must be accessible and used for handwashing only. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed no handwashing signage in the all-gender washroom, women and men washrooms also at the bar area handwashing sinks. Instructed to provide.
36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed no ambient air thermometer(s) inside the reach in display cooler in the carryout frontline area. Instructed to provide conspicuous and easily readable thermometto properly monitor the ambient air temperature of equipment.
37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: observed food storage containers (seasonings) without labels containing the common name of foods. Instructed to provide.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths stored improperly on several prep surface areas. Instructed to store properly between usage to prevent contamination.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed in-use utensils stored improperly in prep surface areas. Instructed to store properly between usage.
44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed plates not inverted. Instructed to invert plates after sanitizing and air drying.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed missing/broken door handles on hold holding units in the kitchen/prep area. Instructed to repair/replace.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside dumpster with lids not closed due to trash overflowing. Instructed to correct to ensure tight fitting lids. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
