I ate a whole-wheat flat bread with turkey egg and pepper jack cheese. Double egg so 2 yellow and two white. I added lettuce tomato jalapeño and sweet onion sauce. This location usually has old looking romaine lettuce so I think that was the culprit. I began growing up about 7-8hours later with diarrhea for the next day and a half | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
