Report date: Apr 14, 202636. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed broken and or missing thermometers in coolers storing dairy, milk, prepared dips, variety fresh cheeses. Instructed to provide and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 25 large rodent droppings scattered on floor in aisles storing packaged purchased items and under shelving units. Instructed to remove, clean and sanitize said areas. Noted approximatley 9 small flies in rear storage/product area where 3 compartment sink is stored, in seating area, under cabinets storing cups and on exterior surfaces of display case in front prep area. Recommended to contact pest control for additional serice. Must eliminate pest activity on premise and maintain. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed sliding door in online order pickup not rodent proof. Instructed to provide outer openings and maintain

- comments: observed interior surfaces of cooling units in starbucks prep area, display coolers/freezers in grocery aisles of store in need of cleaning. Instructed to remove all dried food debris on surfaces and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors throughout online pickup storage area as well as storage stock area behind grocery aisles throughout store in need of cleaning. Noted excessive amounts of food, trash etc under asiles throughout room, as well as starbuck prep areas instructed to remove, clean and sanitize and maintain to prevent feeding source for pest.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed shelving units stored closely to floor containing food items. Instructed to provide smooth and easily cleanable shelving stored at least 6 inches off floor throughout stock rooms. Must maintain premise.
