I went to Granny’s Kitchen for lunch. I ordered the two piece fried chicken meal that came with fries and a biscuit and a lemonade. I ate the fries with sweet and sour sauce and the biscuit with honey but I didn’t finish all of the chicken. Later that night and the next day I was sick.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Ate lunch 4/16/18 at 3:30pm. I had chicken burrito bowl. Started feeling poorly at 10:00pm. Got progressively worse.. diarrhea first, then vommited violently several times at 1:00am and several times again at 9:00am. Fever last night and this morning.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements

J'ai déjeuné au Dare Devil Grill vers 16h30, des hot-dogs et des gaufres, des nausées et des maux d'estomac ont suivi une heure plus tard et ont persisté toute la nuit. Je n'arrêterai pas de venir au parc mais j'éviterai désormais ce lieu de restauration.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Douleur d'estomac
