I went to Granny’s Kitchen for lunch. I ordered the two piece fried chicken meal that came with fries and a biscuit and a lemonade. I ate the fries with sweet and sour sauce and the biscuit with honey but I didn’t finish all of the chicken. Later that night and the next day I was sick.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

Ate lunch 4/16/18 at 3:30pm. I had chicken burrito bowl. Started feeling poorly at 10:00pm. Got progressively worse.. diarrhea first, then vommited violently several times at 1:00am and several times again at 9:00am. Fever last night and this morning.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Vómitos

I had the romaine and lentil salad with eggplant, red pepper hummus, roasted vegetables, and chicken for lunch. Something was off —salad had an unusual grittiness and I started feeling sick that night after skipping dinner.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea

Almorzamos en dare devil grill alrededor de las 4:30 p.m., perritos calientes y papas fritas con gofres, náuseas y dolor de estómago siguieron una hora después y persistieron toda la noche.
