I went to Granny’s Kitchen for lunch. I ordered the two piece fried chicken meal that came with fries and a biscuit and a lemonade. I ate the fries with sweet and sour sauce and the biscuit with honey but I didn’t finish all of the chicken. Later that night and the next day I was sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate lunch 4/16/18 at 3:30pm. I had chicken burrito bowl. Started feeling poorly at 10:00pm. Got progressively worse.. diarrhea first, then vommited violently several times at 1:00am and several times again at 9:00am. Fever last night and this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I had the romaine and lentil salad with eggplant, red pepper hummus, roasted vegetables, and chicken for lunch. Something was off —salad had an unusual grittiness and I started feeling sick that night after skipping dinner.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Had lunch at dare devil grill around 4:30pm, hot dog and waffle fries, nausea and stomach pain followed an hour later and persisted through night. Will not stop coming to the park but will avoid this food place from now on.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
