Ma fille et moi étions au congrès des professeurs. Je suis allé au A&W pour prendre un déjeuner rapide. Quelques minutes plus tard, nous avons commencé à avoir mal à l'estomac et à nous sentir mal à l'aise. Le repas était aux alentours de 14 h 40. Nous n'avions mangé nulle part ailleurs ensemble avant cela. I work close by and have always gotten barBurrito before work without a problem, this time I got nasty food poisoning seeing as its what my body is trying to reject. Can't even keep liquids down and can't stand for more than a minute at a time. Avoid this place.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

I ate chicken nuggets, Fries and a smoothie from here around noon today.. ended up feeling nauseated afterwards and threw up 3 times, it’s 2am and I’m still feeling sick but more Ill then before ? it was the only thing i ate, so my guess is that McDonalds gave me food poisoning so thanks McDonald’s  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

My wife and shared a warwonton soup and a bento box a. The soup was warm not hot and likely what we got sick from. Within 2 hours the diarrhea started, followed by nausea, fever and vomiting throughout the night. Missed day of work because of it.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

I had the bbq duck and takoyaki from Osaka, but my family didn’t had the bbq duck, only myself did. The next day 9am started to have diarrhea and want to vomit. I was in pain (like contraction)consistently. I went to bathroom at least 6 times in an hour.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
