Mangé Côtelette de poulet grillée (elle a plus de goût de vapeur que de grillé) la viande était froide et la sauce brune était froide, les frites étaient froides. J'ai mangé à 19h30 et présentaient des symptômes de nausées, de sueurs froides et de fièvre à 23h30. Le lendemain matin, j'avais des étourdissements et une irritation de l'estomac (jour de semaine de juillet)  | Symptômes: Fièvre, Nausée, Vertiges, Transpiration

Had dinner at above said restaurant at 5.15pm on 28th November 2018. Feeling nauseous and having diarrhea approximately 3.5 hours later (8.45pm). No other food was consumed after the dinner. During dinner, I consumed thai iced tea, 3 bowls of their noodle and a deep fried spinach dish.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée

I had lunch yesterday 29th July 2018, rice, mixed curry, a fried chicken pc and vegetables. Immediately after I finish eating stomach got upset. Was in pain for the rest of the day 7pm onwards my worst nightmare stared with diarrhea and vomiting it went on until 11pm I had to go clinic.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
