吃了烤鸡扒（它的味道比烤的更多的蒸汽）肉很冷，棕酱很冷，薯条很冷。晚上 7 点 30 分进食，晚上 11 点 30 分出现恶心、冷汗和发烧症状。第二天早上头晕，胃部不适（7 月工作日）  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 头晕, 出汗

Had dinner at above said restaurant at 5.15pm on 28th November 2018. Feeling nauseous and having diarrhea approximately 3.5 hours later (8.45pm). No other food was consumed after the dinner. During dinner, I consumed thai iced tea, 3 bowls of their noodle and a deep fried spinach dish.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Three of us (me, my younger sister and mum) had dinner there on Friday night. I had diarrhoea and fever on Saturday, sister had diarrhoea on Saturday and fever plus vomiting the following day. Mum had fever and diarrhoea on Saturday night  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 恶心

I had lunch yesterday 29th July 2018, rice, mixed curry, a fried chicken pc and vegetables. Immediately after I finish eating stomach got upset. Was in pain for the rest of the day 7pm onwards my worst nightmare stared with diarrhea and vomiting it went on until 11pm I had to go clinic.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
