Ma femme, sa sœur et son petit ami ont pris le petit déjeuner vers 10 heures aujourd'hui mercredi 4 janvier. Une fois rentrés à la maison, ils se sont sentis fatigués, après une sieste de 3 heures, ils se sont réveillés en tombant. I ate around 11 at night I ate 11 Wings, some mozzarella sticks, corn dogs and I started feeling symptom around 8 in the morning with extreme diarrhea then around 11 in the morning I vomited and later that night I had a fever of 102.5  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Le vendredi 17/11/17, à 13 h, j'ai mangé les chips et la salsa, la salade avec vinaigrette ranch et la soupe d'enchilada au poulet. Environ 2 heures plus tard, il y a eu un premier incident de diarrhée. Les frissons et la fièvre ont commencé environ 1 heure plus tard. Puis vomir.
