My wife her sister and her boyfriend had breakfast at around 10 am today Wednesday January 4. Once they got home they felt tired, after a 3 hour nap they woke up felling Hung over. I ate around 11 at night I ate 11 Wings, some mozzarella sticks, corn dogs and I started feeling symptom around 8 in the morning with extreme diarrhea then around 11 in the morning I vomited and later that night I had a fever of 102.5  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

On Friday, 11/17/17, at 1:00 p.m. I ate the chips and salsa, salad with ranch dressing, and chicken enchilada soup. About 2 hours later was first incident of diarrhea. Chills/Fever started about 1 hour after that. Then vomiting. Symptoms lasted about 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
