Decided to grab a quick bite for dinner on 01/17/2020 around 6pm. I ordered #5 which came with a cheese enchilada, two beef taquitos, and a side of beans an rice. Friday evening June 1, around 5pm I had what seemed to be overcooked chicken tenders and a caesar salad. At 11:30 pm I began vomiting with diahrrea all night until 6am. I am 81 years old.
