I had the beef and cheddar roast beef sandwich and a large fry. I started to feel nauseous around 4-5 hours later and started to projectile vomit around 10 times that night.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

À l'arrêt Wendy's le 11 octobre sur Memorial Dr. J'ai obtenu le 4 pour 4 vers 20 h 30 ce soir-là. J'ai couché vers 23h30 hier soir et j'ai été réveillé par des crampes et l'envie de vomir était vers 12h30. J'ai eu de la diarrhée et des vomissements même mangé ce repas plusieurs fois mais jamais chez Wendy's.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes

I ate dinner at chipotle on Lawrenceville Suwanee rd in GA. On Tuesday Oct 10 I started throwing up at 3:00am and continued until noon on Oct. 11 I was unable to go to work today.
