I’ve gotten the whopper from this Burger King twice and 5 to 10 min after I finish eating I get sick. I have to go to the bathroom afterwards (I don’t want to give too much details)  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had the beef and cheddar roast beef sandwich and a large fry. I started to feel nauseous around 4-5 hours later and started to projectile vomit around 10 times that night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

10 月 11 日晚上 8 点 30 分左右，在纪念博士 Wendy “s 停留 4 比 4。昨晚晚上 11 点半左右我躺着，被抽筋惊醒了，呕吐的冲动大约是 12:30 我有腹泻也呕吐甚至吃了很多次那顿饭，但从来没有在那个温迪家吃过。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ate dinner at chipotle on Lawrenceville Suwanee rd in GA. On Tuesday Oct 10 I started throwing up at 3:00am and continued until noon on Oct. 11 I was unable to go to work today.
