Italian sandwich at Jimmy John's on Wigwam in Henderson. Cannot say it with 100% confidence that it was the sandwich, but it certainly seems that way. 1 sick, I was the only one that ate the sandwich. Symptoms started about 6 hours later.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

I ordered the #6 veggie UNWICH . The sandwich with no meat and no bread. First I got heartburn, and a little while after I felt so nauseous I actually vomitted. Tout d'abord, la salle à manger faisait environ 85 degrés à l'intérieur, avec leur climatisation en marche. J'imagine à quoi devait ressembler la cuisine.
