A mangé au Powell Ohio Chipolte le 29/07. J'ai pris un bol de burrito au poulet sans haricots. J'ai commencé à me sentir malade quand je me suis réveillé. Je suis resté au travail jusqu'à 14 heures. J'ai dû partir parce que j'avais de la fièvre, des frissons, des nausées, des battements cardiaques rapides, des douleurs musculaires, des douleurs abdominales et des maux de tête.
