I ate the sweet siracha bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and a bacon egg and cheese English muffin at 10 am 5/13. At 1:15 I puked ALOT and had explosive diarrhea. Then continued for about 9 hours. Fever, stomach cramps. Coming out of both ends.… Voir plus

Ate some for lunch, and felt okay until I got home later that night. I started feeling sharp pain and nausea so I threw up and the only thing that came out were the McDonald's French fries I had.
