I ate the sweet siracha bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and a bacon egg and cheese English muffin at 10 am 5/13. At 1:15 I puked ALOT and had explosive diarrhea. Then continued for about 9 hours. Fever, stomach cramps. Coming out of both ends.… 更多

Ate some for lunch, and felt okay until I got home later that night. I started feeling sharp pain and nausea so I threw up and the only thing that came out were the McDonald's French fries I had. Then I continued to have nausea, upset stomach and slight pain since.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

got fries onion rings and a fish sandwich. no drink. the fish tasted old and hard . the onion rings the oil tasted stale. got stomach cramping almost right away. yes the other stuff too,. i work 12 hour shift and had to stay til 7 i work tomorrow too. still cramping  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
